Heidi works on a part time basis for Law At Work as a consultant.
As a consultant for Law At Work, Heidi works along side clients to advise, support and deliver bespoke HR solutions on all employment related issues. Heidi also provides training for our open training courses which run throughout the year.
Heidi joined LAW on a part time basis in November 2008, previously Heidi worked as the Head of the HR Department for Volaw Trust Company and Voisin Advocates dealing with every aspect of the HR function, being hands on in relation to strategy, policy and procedure, managing change, reward, recruitment, learning and development, performance management and advising staff, directors and partners on employment and HR matters.
Heidi has worked in various industries throughout her HR career, namely advocacy, trust, banking, patents and the public sector. Heidi is a member of the Chartered Institute of Personal and Development and the Chartered Management Institute.
