HR & Legal Service Manager
After completing a degree in Psychology and realising her passion for Human Resources, Rhona completed her Certificate in Personnel and Practice.
Rhona has over 8 years experience within the HR industry with a particular niche for the Hospitality trade working as an HR and Training Manager in some of the islands finest Hotels during this time. Over the years Rhona has developed specialist knowledge and practical application of HR expertise in areas of recruitment, employee relations, employee performance, appraisal systems, advising on policy and procedure and the implementation of best practice.
Rhona also has a love of all things French and is confident and active in the language.
