Luke has an undergraduate degree and a post graduate master’s degree in Law, with a particular focus on Employment and Discrimination Law. He has practical litigation experience from his time in the UK and regularly dealt with employment disputes arising from unfair dismissal, breach of contract, constructive dismissal and discrimination.
UK law is becoming more and more influential in relation to legislation in the Channel Islands and Luke adds a valuable contribution to the established LAW service.
