Natasha Trotter (HR & Legal Services Manager)Natasha joined the team at Law At Work having previously worked in the utility, construction and hospitality industry at a senior management level. She has also worked within Human Resources advising all levels of staff on employment related matters including performance management, employee relations and day-to-day HR issues.
Natasha is a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development Committee (Jersey Branch) as the Student Liaison working together with the CIPD and those students studying towards their CIPD qualifications. Natasha is also a member of the States of Jersey Statistic Users Group. She has a strong background in the hospitality industry and understands the needs and special requirements of local businesses to comply with employment law and HR related issues.
As a member of the Law At Work team, Natasha conducts audits analysing the clients' business needs and creates Handbooks, Statements of Employment Terms as well as HR related policies, forms, guidance and documentation as well as offering consultation upon redundancy, compromise agreements and various other issues for our clients. She is also a main point of contact for the advice line and is actively involved in the training sessions offered to employers by Law At Work and writing publications on the Company's behalf, including the LAWMail.
