LAWMail August 2011
We have received many calls over the last few months to assist with business re-organisation, bullying and harassment and how to deal with grievances. Our Business Partners are fully trained in all employment relations aspects and are supported by our in house legal expert Sharon Peacock. We have trained dispute mediators on hand to assist in internal disputes, before they become contentious issues at an employment tribunal, and our HR trainers are available to help identify, design and run in-house course to ensure that line managers and others with a HR responsibility know the right way to handle issues and advise on the legal pitfalls should a company not deal with the issues at hand.
If you would like an informal chat to see how we can help please speak to Heidi Gibaut on 01534 887088 or Stephen Glencross on 01481 750 334 in the first instance.
