In the final part of the “Essentials” training series, Law At Work will be covering the topic of
We will discuss the importance of an induction training, providing the correct employment documentation, the importance of reviews and references and the follow up in relation to resignation and/or termination of employment.
This concise training session will run for approximately one and a half hours and each
delegate will receive a guide to help with managing Starters and Leavers.
Training will take place on 15 October 2009 at Jersey Bowl from 9.30 to 11:00 am with
registration at 9.15 am. This training should be attended by those who are required to manage this process as part of their role.
This training session is a cost effective answer to understanding some of the issues and processes businesses must follow when an employee starts or finishes within a business.
