Amendment No. 4 to the Employment (Jersey) Law 2003 (the “Law”) came into
force on 1 October 2009 which extends the jurisdiction of the Jersey Employment
Tribunal (the “Tribunal”). If an employee is found to have been unfairly dismissed.
