Kelly has over 12 years experience dealing with HR related issues such as employment law, employee relations, employee commitment and reward.
Kelly joined the team at Law At Work in 2006 after working for a major local utility company. She was the internal consultant for employment law specialising in employee relations and employee reward. Prior to this, Kelly worked for the States of Jersey within what was then the Office of the Chief Adviser and she assisted many local businesses with advice on the Regulation of Undertakings & Development Law.
Kelly is a member of the Institute of Directors, the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development and the Chartered Management Institute. In 2005, Kelly was appointed to the Jersey Employment Tribunal and regularly sits to adjudicate on complaints before it. Kelly is also a member of the Chamber of Commerce HR sub-committee.
In 2010 Kelly was appointed as Managing Director and is responsible for leading the team and the business to further success and ensuring that clients small and large receive the service that they demand. Kelly is also the main point of contact for all consultancy work and the provision of outsourced payroll.
