Thomas acts as a consultant for LAW in Health & Safety and has over 30 years experience in Environmental Health.
Specialising in Food safety and Health & Safety, Thomas has been responsible for the development, implementation and measurement of management systems to business such as major suppliers and hotels, offshore installations, major events such as the open golf and Royal visits and industrail business.
He is a qualified lead assessor, trainer and member of the Royal environment Health society of Scotland.
