Helen has over 14 years experience working within HR, in varied industries including Airport, Zoological and Intellectual Property. 

The previous role was at management level in which Helen spent 7 years covering all aspects of a busy HR professional, including recruitment, devising and implementing terms of employment & policies & procedures, managing sickness, staff inductions, salary reviews, disciplinary & grievance procedures, payroll and overseeing various Company insurances. 

Helen’s qualifications include the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development and the Chartered Management Institute.
