GOLD
Law At Work will undertake a complete audit of a businesses existing documentation. If you are a new business and/or you do not have any current documentation, Law At Work will draft the required documentation following an audit. Once the audit has been completed and agreed, we will then prepare a Statement of Employment Terms and an Employee Handbook tailored to fit your business. In addition, we will guide and support you through the consultation process with your employees to ensure that your new documents are implemented as seamlessly as possible.
SILVER
Law At Work will undertake a complete audit of a businesses existing documentation. Once the audit has been completed, Law At Work will draft a report on the strengths and weaknesses of the documentation and make any necessary recommendations for changes to the existing documents; it will then be up to the business to determine what changes they wish to implement. Law At Work will also provide a template letter to aid the business in the implementation of any changes they make as a result of Law At Work’s recommendations.
BRONZE
Law At Work will create one Statement of Employment Terms and an industry specific standard Employee Handbook which are compliant with current and local employment legislation. Law At Work will also provide a template letter to aid the business in the implementation of your new documents.
