
Ed was appointed to the Board of LAW as a non-executive director in 2010 and brings with him a wealth of experience in Human resources and Employee Relations.
Ed started his career with the Ford Motor Company where he worked in a number of Industrial Relations roles. In 1995 he moved to the Le Riche group and became HR director of the Channel Islands' largest commercial employer. He subsequently moved into line management and became Managing Director of CI Hospitality where he led this business through major change prior to its ultimate acquisition by the Liberation Group in 2008.
Ed is now a Regional Investment Director for Envestors Limited, assisting companies looking to raise equity finance from private investors and is also advising the States of Jersey in the development of their Intellectual Property and E-Commerce strategy. He also acts as a non-executive director for the Liberation Group and is deputy Chair of JACS (Jersey Advisory and Conciliation Service).
Ed Daubeney holds an MBA from Ashridge Business School.
