Ashley Le Feuvre - HR Business Partner
Ashley joined the team in 2010 and in her role as HR Business Partner, Ashley assists on a wide range of employment relations issues including: contracts of employment, policies and procedures; absence management, disciplinary and grievances matters; full redundancy consultation; termination; Tribunal claims and data protection issues specialising in the construction and finance industry.
Ashley obtained a BA (Hons) degree from Exeter University in Sociology and was awarded her Certificate in Human Resource Practice and Certificate in Learning Development Practice accredited by Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development in 2011.
Ashley is a CIPD member and a Young Enterprise Advisor and also has experience in designing and delivering a number of training sessions to many different industries.
