Due to the nature of our business, we have a reasonably high turnover of staff as we are in the building trade. Since the employment laws came into force in 2005, we have found employees use the law to their advantage and so we signed up to Law At Work in January 2007. They have provided our business with many excellent services associated with the new arrangements. Without their support, I don't think we would have had enough knowledge of the new laws to have created our company handbooks and staff contracts. The Law At Work advisory service has provided us with a level of support which exceeded our expectations and has also already saved our Company unnecessary expense. The training seminars have highlighted the proper procedures for running a disciplinary hearing which is a must nowadays.
